As a Commercial Division Sales Associate for J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. since 2003, Cristi Howell specializes in brokerage and leasing of retail and commercial properties as well as tenant representation to local, regional, and national clients. Cristi has also assisted clients with office, land and investment requirements.

A native Kansan, Cristi began her career with Weigand following a 16 year sales career in selling office products and furniture to corporate, commercial, industrial, and educational clients. Combining sales expertise and market knowledge, Cristi offers a high level of professionalism and dedication to the specific needs of each individual client.

Cristi was honored as Rookie of the Year in 2004 by the Wichita Area Association of Realtors. She is a consistent recipient of the Association's Masters Circle Award recognizing more than $5,000,000.00 in closed transactions in a single year.
