As one of our Commercial Division Sales Associates, Terry is concentrating his efforts on sales and leasing of office space to local, regional, and national clients.

Terry is utilizing his vast experience of over 29 years in commercial sales and leasing with the Xerox Corporation to provide a high level of commitment to our current and new clients. During his time with Xerox, Terry’s sales volume awarded him recognition in the prestigious President’s Club.

Terry’s exceptional dedication to listening carefully to the client’s special needs and requirements, matching those to the commercial real estate environment, ensures client satisfaction. His strong leadership within the sales and leasing industry lends confidence to his recommendations and solutions.

As a native Kansan, growing up on a farm in Western Kansas, Terry has a strong work ethic and an inherent insight into the Agricultural business.

Terry’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, traveling, and active participation in local events and activities.
