Kiel Tracy is a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He began his career with J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. in 2007 as a research assistant conducting market research, inventorying properties, and assisting with the company's annual Forecast publication.  This opportunity provided Kiel invaluable insight into the commercial real estate market as well as the chance to work with and learn from many of Wichita's top commercial agents.  Kiel was so enthusiastic about real estate he decided to join J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. in 2009 as a sales associate.

Previously, Kiel worked in the banking industry for two years.  This experience gave him insight in understanding the financial side of both real estate and other business decisions.

Kiel is a dedicated member of J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. Commercial Division.  He has quickly established himself as a highly effective communicator with an energetic approach to staying on top of current market trends.  Kiel strives to provide his clients with the creativity and knowledge that will consistently deliver win-win results.
